Who we are. FLYFARELIA HOLIDAYS LTD ("FLYFARELIA", "we") is the data controller for this website and app. Registered office: 46 Palmer Road, Leamington Spa, CV31 2HR, United Kingdom. Company No. 17465418. Contact: hello@flyfarelia.com.
What we collect. You can search flights and hotels on FLYFARELIA without creating an account, and we do not require any personal information to use the service. We receive personal data only when you choose to contact us — for example emails to hello@flyfarelia.com or advertising enquiries to ads@flyfarelia.com — and we use it solely to reply and manage that relationship.
Searches and bookings. When you tap a search or deal, you are taken to our partners (including Aviasales for flights and Hotellook for hotels) to see live prices and book. Any details you enter there are collected by the partner or travel provider under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read. A partner tracking reference tells them your visit came from FLYFARELIA so commission can be paid; it does not identify you to us.
Cookies and analytics. This site currently sets no advertising cookies of its own. If we introduce analytics or advertising technology in future, we will update this policy and ask for any consent the law requires.
Your rights. Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018) you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, and you may object to or restrict our processing. Email hello@flyfarelia.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Retention and security. Correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and meet legal obligations, and is stored with reputable providers using appropriate safeguards.

1. Who we are. This website and app are operated by FLYFARELIA HOLIDAYS LTD, registered in England & Wales, Company No. 17465418, registered office 46 Palmer Road, Leamington Spa, CV31 2HR, United Kingdom.
2. What we do. FLYFARELIA is a travel price-comparison and referral service. We help you find flights, hotels and travel deals and refer you to third-party partners and travel providers to complete any booking. We do not sell flights, holidays or accommodation ourselves, we do not take bookings, and we do not process payments.
3. Bookings are with the provider. Any booking you make after leaving FLYFARELIA is a contract between you and the relevant partner or travel provider, on their terms and conditions. Their cancellation, refund and support policies apply. Bookings made via partners are not ATOL-protected by FLYFARELIA; where financial protection applies, it is provided by the partner or provider and described at the point of booking.
4. Prices. Fares and rates shown on FLYFARELIA are indicative, based on typical recent prices, and change constantly. The exact live price is always shown by the partner before you commit to any booking. We may earn a commission from partners at no extra cost to you.
5. Advertising. Some content is paid advertising or sponsored promotion and is labelled as such. Advertisers are responsible for their own products, services and claims.
6. Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
7. Intellectual property. The FLYFARELIA name, logo and site content belong to FLYFARELIA HOLIDAYS LTD and may not be copied without permission. Airline and partner names remain the property of their owners.
8. Liability. We provide the site with reasonable care but make no guarantee that information is error-free or always available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from bookings with third parties or reliance on indicative prices. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory consumer rights.
9. Changes. We may update the site and these terms; the current version always applies.
10. Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
