When you search for flights, you see live prices on our flight search at flights.flyfarelia.com, which we run with our partner Travelpayouts and which has its own cookie notice. For other services you go to one of our partners. The partner you book with handles your booking and payment under its own privacy policy.

What you type into the search forms (cities, dates, travellers) is not sent to us. It is placed in the link that takes you to the partner, and your recent searches are saved only on your own device (section 4).
4. Information stored on your device
FLYFARELIA itself does not set cookies. If you tap Accept in our cookie banner, we load Travelpayouts Drive, a tool from our affiliate network that sets cookies to record referrals to travel partners. It may also show a short preview when you point at a travel link, and may open a relevant partner offer in a new browser tab. If you tap Reject, it is not loaded. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. If you change from Accept to Reject, Drive stops loading straight away; cookies it already set stay in your browser until they expire or you clear this site's cookies in your browser settings.
To remember choices you make, the site saves a few small items in your browser's local storage. They stay on your device, are never sent to us, and are not used to track you.

5. Our partners and your bookings
FLYFARELIA does not take bookings or payments. When you continue to a partner (described in our Terms of Use), any details you enter there are collected by that partner or the travel provider, which is responsible for them under its own privacy policy. Please read it before you book.

7. International transfers
Some of these providers process data outside the United Kingdom, for example in the European Union or the United States. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or on the safeguards those providers offer under UK law, such as the International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. Children
FLYFARELIA is not directed at children, and bookings are made by adults with our partners. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has contacted us, email hello@flyfarelia.com and we will delete the information.
9. Your rights
Under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018) you can ask us to:

We apply the rights in this policy to everyone who uses FLYFARELIA, wherever you live. If the law where you live gives you additional rights, contact us and we will honour them.
10. Security
The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS, our email uses SPF and DKIM authentication, and our accounts are protected with two-step sign-in. No method is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold.
11. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy if what we do changes, for example when we add a new partner or tool. We will publish the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date at the top. Where the law requires your consent for something new, we will ask for it first.

2. What FLYFARELIA does
FLYFARELIA is a travel comparison and referral service. We help you search for flights, hotels and travel extras and send you to our partners to see live prices and book. We do not sell flights, holidays or accommodation, we do not take bookings, and we do not take payment for travel.
How it works: flight results, and the order they appear in, come from the Aviasales search engine, which we provide through our affiliate network Travelpayouts on our flight search at flights.flyfarelia.com. The route cards, deals and guides on FLYFARELIA are chosen by us. We do not accept payment to change the order of flight results. Advertisements and sponsored content are always labelled. We may earn a commission when you book with a partner; it does not change the price you pay.
3. Our partners
When you continue from FLYFARELIA you are taken to one of our partners, through our affiliate networks Travelpayouts, Awin and CJ: our flight search at flights.flyfarelia.com, powered by Aviasales, Kiwi.com as a second place to compare flights, and partners for car hire, airport transfers, airport parking, airport lounges, hotels worldwide with Booking.com, UK hotels, family holidays in Europe, eSIM data, tickets and attractions, travel insurance and flight-delay compensation.
We may earn a commission when you book with a partner. It does not change the price you pay.
4. Bookings are with the partner
Any booking you make is a contract between you and the partner or travel provider, on their terms and conditions. They are responsible for your booking, payment, tickets, changes, cancellations, refunds and customer service, so please contact them first about a booking. FLYFARELIA does not provide ATOL or other financial protection; where protection applies, it comes from the partner or provider and is explained when you book.
If you book a flight and then separately book a hotel, car hire or another travel service through FLYFARELIA or a partner, each booking is a separate contract with that provider. Unless the provider tells you otherwise when you book, they do not form a package holiday, so they do not have the protections the Package Travel Regulations give to packages, and each provider is responsible only for its own service.
5. Prices and travel information
FLYFARELIA does not set its own fares. Live prices and availability come from our partners, change often, and the partner confirms the final price before you pay. Guide prices on FLYFARELIA, such as the "from £…" prices on route cards and the price calendar, are the lowest recent fares found in searches for the months shown; they are guidance only and may no longer be available, and you always see the live price before you book. Any price in an advertisement is also guidance only. General travel information on FLYFARELIA is not advice. You are responsible for passports, visas, health requirements and travel insurance; check official government sources before you travel.
6. Advertising
Some content on FLYFARELIA is paid advertising or sponsored promotion and is labelled "Ad" or "Sponsored". Advertisers are responsible for their products, services and claims, and must follow UK advertising rules.
If you advertise with us:

a booking is confirmed when we accept it in writing and receive payment, before the advertisement goes live
placements run in whole weeks, Monday to Sunday, in the countries booked
we may decline or remove any advertisement that is unlawful, misleading, offensive or unsuitable for a family travel audience
once a booked week has started, fees are not refundable, unless we fail to show the advertisement
7. The FLYFARELIA app
The app is the FLYFARELIA website installed on your device. It updates automatically and these terms apply to it in the same way.
8. Acceptable use
Do not misuse FLYFARELIA, including by trying to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, scraping it at scale, or using it for anything unlawful or fraudulent.
9. Intellectual property
FLYFARELIA™ is a trade mark of FLYFARELIA HOLIDAYS LTD (UK application UK00004447125). The FLYFARELIA name, logo, design and content belong to us and may not be copied without permission. Airline, partner and advertiser names and logos belong to their owners; showing them does not mean they endorse FLYFARELIA.
10. Availability and changes to the service
We aim to keep FLYFARELIA available and accurate but cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove features and partners at any time.
11. Our liability
We provide FLYFARELIA with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for partners' or travel providers' services, prices, websites or bookings. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer. For advertisers and other business users, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the placement concerned.
12. Contact and complaints
Email hello@flyfarelia.com, or ads@flyfarelia.com about advertising. We aim to reply within 24 hours. For problems with a booking, contact the partner or travel provider first; we will help where we can. To report content on FLYFARELIA that is wrong, unlawful or infringes your rights, including an advertisement, email hello@flyfarelia.com and we will look into it promptly.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when we add partners or services. The version on this page applies from the "Last updated" date shown at the top.
14. Law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you live outside the UK, you may also have rights under the law where you live, and nothing in these terms takes them away.

Who am I actually booking with?
Always the partner or travel provider, such as the airline or the booking site shown at checkout. You pay them, and their terms and protections apply. FLYFARELIA never takes your payment. Bookings made through partners are not ATOL-protected by us; where financial protection applies, the partner or provider describes it before you pay.
Are the prices live?
Yes. When you search, we open live prices from our partner for your exact dates and travellers. Prices can change until you book, and the partner always confirms the final price before you pay.
Can I search for my whole family?
Yes. For flights, tap Travellers and add adults (12 and over), children (2 to 11) and infants (under 2, on a lap) — up to 9 seats, with one infant per adult. The partner then shows prices for your whole group.
Can I search for hotels?
Yes, for the UK. The Hotels tab takes you to our partner LateRooms, where you can compare thousands of UK hotels, including airport hotels for the night before you fly. We are adding partners for hotels abroad.
Where's my confirmation, refund or change?
With the company you booked with. Check the confirmation email they sent and manage the booking on their site or app. We never handle bookings or payments, so we can't see or change them, but if you're stuck, email us and we'll point you in the right direction.
Which currencies can I see?
Tap the currency button at the top to switch between GBP, USD, EUR, INR and AED. The partner confirms the final price and currency before you pay.
How do I install the FLYFARELIA app?
It's free and needs no app store. On Android, tap Get the app, then Install. On iPhone, open flyfarelia.com in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.
Is my data safe?
We never ask for card details, because you pay the partner, not us. Trips you save stay on your own device. Our explains what we collect and your rights.
